Lat 5 days - Sister Mary's feedback from Bombay Hospital 

9^th November night there was fever, and bp was also fallen down.

9^th November there was shivering at about 12:30am and then at around 4am, there was fever, then also low BP then injection paracetamol  started at around 5am.

10^th November in day – RT (Ryles tube) was inserted  

10^th November morning at about 7am she was okay, still BP was on lower side, in day time  RT was inserted,  and she was on liquid diet, she slept.

10^th November as sleeping pills of Richa didi were changed by Dr. Tiwari (Restyle 0.25mg was replaced with Ativan 1 mg).   There was some normal complaints, such as leg pain, body pain, etc.

11^th December, she was having loose motion, she was complaining about the legs pain, etc as normally she does.  No medicines were given for loose motion.

12^th November also there was loose motion but it was not as severe as on 11^th November.

RT was got pulled out little and the feed was not going in properly.

In night soda was pushed in, then RT was okay.

RT was got blocked in day time because of giving esab-gol, then soda was pushed in it was again started functioning properly.

Injection dobutrex on flow and lasix  was started at about 7pm

Dr. Charu had come at about 8pm on 12^th November that time Bhabhiji was also there. Richa didi’s eyes and mouth was opened.  Dr. Charu told to wet gauze piece on her mouth and put eye drops in eyes.  It was done but was removed before Ashish Babu enters the room.

12^th night Ashish Babu had came at about 11pm and was talking to Richa didi that - to fight with the health problem, etc and was asking her ….“Richa sun rahi hai na” then Richa Didi  nodded her head and said yes.

On 12^th There was some breathlessness after Ashish Babu left from the room. ICU doctor if its increases to give injection soda-bi-carb but it was not given because breathness was stable.

Then Rishi ji came at about 11:30 or 11:45 pm – Rishiji called  “Richu”, Then Richa didi had responded by just opening her eyes.

Ashish Babu left at about 11:45- 12 mid night.  After Ashish Babu is left she was sleeping, but it was not as usual, as normally she used to tell the nurses to change her position (to lift her legs or make her sits, etc). 

13^th Early morning,  - Since morning 4-5 am, she was again started breathlessness.   Then Mary sister informed the ICU sister but they did not given any medicines. 

On 13^th November - Respected Baiji called at about 6 am and inquired about Richa didi and asked Mary sister to arrange her talk with Richa didi but it was not done because Richa didi was sleeping.

13^th November - 8am breathlessness problem was increased – Then Sistermary informed Dharmishta  and then Bhabhiji and Dharmishta came down to to 12^th floor and asked doctor the reason.  Then doctor advised to give injection soda-bi-carb.  After the injection breathlessness was settled down.

BP was on lower side and then Syt. R C Babu came and was trying to talk to Richa didi.

Then Dr. Amin came at about 9:30am or 10am and told that kidney is not functioning properly to start the dialysis.  Syt. R C Babu said that she don’t have strength in her body and not to do this. Dr. Pravin Amin advise to put arterial line to watch the bp. Syt. R C Babu agreed to put arterial line.  Dr. Pravin tried to put the arterial line. While searching artery she was getting pain.  She was feeling pain and sounding very slowly, sister mary called her name twice Richa ….richa and she shouted once only … kay .. richa … richa. 

At about 11am Dr. Amin tried to find the artery  first in the right side groin by HD monitoring mbut they did  not find it while searching the artery her skin got tore but even after the this she did not made any sound .  Then Dr. Amin tried to search it in the left femoral artery line and finally they got it.  Then they put the line and Amin had gone out to tell the relatives that condition is going out of controlled  as he had already told the people in the room that she will not live more than 3-4 hours. (at that time people present in room were - Sister mary, one new nurse, ICU doctor).

At about 11:15am ICU doctor also had gone out for few minutes and as soon as they gone out, blood pressure and pulse rate were falling down.

Then ICU Nurse called ICU doctor in the room, ICU doctor increased the dose of BP medicine and also given soda-bi-carb, etc.  but the condition was going out of control, bp was not coming up.  Then oxygen was started, then gasping was also started and then finally Richa didi was put on ventilator.

Then all people started (AOL) coming in the room.

Once Shambhavi had asked Richa didi let Parmilla sister to shift to some other place, she said no let her continue for 2-3 months.

3^rd November – Respected Baiji had told Richa didi let Parmilla sister go, we will relieve her but then Richa didi said I don’t have strength to explain to newsister and hence let her continue till November.
