Richa was always concerned about others. She was never absent from the surroundings and kept attention on meticulous detail of everything. She was very good observant of every situation. This handwritten note (in the handwriting of Ramaji) was dictated by severely ailing Richa Didi on 13thSep, 2014, just two months before her demise. She was watchful that Dharmendra (a staff of mine) had been attending her for several nights without a rest day. She was worried for his continuous seven night shifts. Having been cautious of my nature and probable infuriated reaction of mine over raising finger on my insensitive attitude towards my staff, she expressed very cautiously –“there is one suggestion’ ....Here, she is simply suggesting neither directing nor commanding.
